FRANBAG BAU (Uganda) Limited executed a structural review and undertook the construction management of the medical facility tower at plot 73, Buganda Road. The structural skeleton had been completed and FRANBAG had the responsibility of completing the building. The Building complex is a reinforced concrete framed structure with 6 levels of office/hospital space. Parking is available at the lower and upper ground floors with no parking space on any of the suspended slabs. There is one expansion joint running across the building.
